For Franck Desmarais, trained at the Ecole Hôtelière of Chamonix and Thonon-les-Bains, and his wife Claudine, born into the profession - her parents managed several restaurants and hotels in French-speaking Switzerland - the criteria of quality, hospitality, authenticity and discovery of local specialties which are at the origin of the label Logis de France come perfectly natural.
In March 2006, after many years as restaurant director at one of Geneva's grand hotels, Franck became the owner and manager of La Touloubre, a 19th century postal relay, later converted into a hotel and restaurant, and which remains today a place loved by several generations of faithful "habitués".
You can rely on Franck's professional experience and Claudine's high skills for the organization of family gatherings as well as work-related events. They will share with you their passion for excellence whatever your wishes may be: an inviting table protected from the bright sun of Provence by a large umbrella, or the quietness of a cozy and relaxing bedroom.
